STUPID

My boss asked me to prepare an abstract for poster presentation at the next Malaysian Oncological Society (MOS) Meeting.
This is a national prestigious meeting where an oncologists (cancer expert), surgeons, doctors and nurses meet and discuss the latest treatment in managing patients with cancer.
This year the meeting will be held at Johor Baru, from 5th to 8th November 2009.

I was lucky as just before i submit the abstract, i've noticed that i've made a terrible mistake.

This is the title for the abstract..

BREAST LUMP MARKING USING ULTRASONOGRAPHY AND METHYLENE BLUE INJECTION IN EARLY STAGE BREAST CANCER TREATED WITH BREAST CONVERSATION SURGERY.

Anyone can spot the mistake?????
Winner will get a special chocolates..

Hi, Dr Johari, I am Eng, daughter of a colon cancer patient from Sandakan undergoing chemotherapy at PPUM in KL. We are looking at the possibility of moving our mom back to Sandakan and continue on with the chemotherapy.

She had just completed her 5th cycle of folfox regimen a couple of days ago. She still has 7 more cycles to go, two weeks once to complete the full regimen of 12 cycles.

She has a chemoport implanted and she doesn't need to be admitted during chemo here, she gets to go home after 4 hrs infusion at the chemo day care, she will bring home a pack of 5FU and the infusion continues until the 3rd days when she will go back to the hospital again to off the pump (ambit continuous infusion pump).

My mom's case is stage 2 (Duke B1) colon cancer. She had a right hemicolectomy to remove the perforated tumour and a tahbso was also performed on her.

I have a few questions here.

1) Does the patient in my mom's case need to be admitted as she has his chemoport with her?
2) Are the drugs for FOLFOX (Oxaliplatin, 5FU, Folinic Acid) available there?

Sorry for asking questions here but I am KL based now and the siblings are actually quite concerned about moving mom back.

Thanks and appreciate your response.

Eng
