It's come back

I thought it's over..but it's come back..now it's getting worse.
Starting at 6 am..:
Fever: high grade..with chills and rigors..(menggigil).
Headache; kepala berdenyut-denyut.
Coughing and runny nose..

Now dah ada lemah-lemah lutut.
Swallowed 2 tablets of panadol.
Just had lunch...it's tasteless..

I think better go to ER and do some blood tests..
